  UAR is committed to demanding transparent, thorough investigations into the actions of powerful figures and institutions. We call for comprehensive legal scrutiny of the actions taken by President Donald Trump, Congress, The GOP, The Federalist Society, The Supreme Court, and CEO Elon Musk.

For example, allegations regarding President Trump’s conduct have raised serious questions about potential violations of the Emoluments Clause (Article I, Section 9) and misuse of executive power as outlined in Article II. Similar concerns extend to other institutions whose actions have, according to multiple reputable news sources, undermined the checks and balances essential to our democracy.
